Chris in the Northbrook location is great. He really understands how to get to the root cause of my problem area (shoulders) and I leave feeling less tight than I was when I come in. He gives me ideas on how to stretch at home which is really nice too.

Nicole is great. She recommended products for me based on her prior knowledge of my skin/type. Always pleasant and engaging. Would like to be able to book EB wax via the app- had to call spa to add it to my online booking.
