Hand and Stone

The only problem I had was trying to book the appointment on-line. I tried signing in and couldn't get in and I have a membership. When I called the receptionist made my appointment for the same day and my Therapist was great.

The evening appointment accommodates my work schedule. I arrived early, but notified the front desk that I needed to withdraw cash from a nearby ATM in order to leave a cash tip after the services- this was not a problem and by the time I returned, my esthetician was waiting for me. The entire staff was friendly and the facial I received was relaxing, even though I was a little concerned about COVID when I made the appointment. My esthetician was professional, wore a mask the entire time and made me feel comfortable.

Monica the woman who massaged me was exceptional! She took the time and was very knowledgeable in all areas. Her services motivated me to refer others to this location.
