I like the massage therapist and esthetician that I see regularly at the Northbrook location. The massage therapist ( Mo) is knowledgeable and professional. The spa is clean snd well run. I am only mentioning start time, because when I make it a point to be prompt and in time, I expect my appointment to also start on time. With the complications of Covid, if the spa is running late already and then you have to wait in your car, then finally get in, changed, and then get started? It’s not very relaxing and then I feel rushed.

Masseuse took time with each part on my body and even massaged my ears she was perfect!

I really appreciate Emily's knowledge of the products or services that will help me with my skincare issues. Every time I have a facial, I feel relaxed and my skin looks great!
