The wait time was reasonable once I checked in for my appointment. My therapist (Lisa) was very friendly and knowledgeable and asked me what areas I wanted her to concentrate on. She also made sure the temperature and her pressure were comfortable and effective. I appreciated that she sought my feedback on how I felt as she was massaging any sore/tender areas in my neck and shoulders. Overall, this was one of the best massages I have had and I look forward to returning again!
