Lisa the massage therapist was very knowledgeable and spent time working on the problem area I told her about.

It was my first time so I didn't know what to expect. There was a lot of different products and to the process that made it seem so luxurious and professional.

Maria is exceptional. Even during this time of pandemic, she puts me at ease in the massage room. She always brings great relief to my problem areas.

Paz provides excellent services and helps me tremendously with pain management. Paz is the only reason that I would go to H&S and continue my membership. I have tried massages with two other therapists at H&S, which I found the experience a waste of money and time. From the scale of 1 to 10, the other two therapists are at a 2.

Monica was awesome is relieving my neck and upper back knots and aches - I will be back!!

The location is convenient and I found the relaxing feel inside to be surprisingly calming. The front staff member was very pleasant and knowledgeable and did not do a "hard sell" pitch as I was warned about in some reviews. I was relaxed when I left and felt better than I did when I walked in.

My therapist Mo did an excellent job particularly addressing my neck and back issues. Thank you Mo!

Getting a facial with Emily is always great!

As a painter my body has been hurting especially my neck, back and arm. I explained that to Bernadette and I could tell she seemed to concentrate on those areas. She also offered some exercises to help with the arm pain. Everything was really great and the massage was much needed. I have been furloughed from an office job and that is why I'm back to painting so keeping the membership all depends on how busy I am or if I get my old job back.

Highly satisfied overall with my recent visit and will be returning for another service soon.
