My appointment was great, however, I feel as if the esthetician’s at Hand and Stone are forced by the company to really sell products and it takes away from having a relaxing experience. My esthetician did an amazing job and I can tell she was very knowledgeable, however, it’s a shame that corporate obviously cares more about product sales.

It's obvious that the staff are all very concerned about the comfort and safety of the clients. The spa was immaculate. The staff all wore masks and used hand sanitizer. My therapist, Moe, was excellent and very concerned about my comfort.

Massage therapist Bernadette was professional and excellent at hitting my trigger points. I haven't gotten massages regularly for some time but will be trying to do so after this experience.
