Overall the facility was clean, everyone was very nice and massage was very good. The only thing I was surprised is that temperature wasn’t taken upon arrival.

The receptionist was extremely helpful in booking my appointments as I put multiple as I’ve been waiting for this location to reopen. I’m highly satisfied with the massage therapist I think her name Idrea. He was fantastic at diagnosing all my aches and pains. I always had a great experience at your location keep up the good work thank you.

Nicole is such a sweetheart. She’s so friendly and very knowledgeable. The products she had recommended to me work very well with my skin. She is the reason I came to Hand and Stone. :)

The stuff are great friendly. Also I’m very happy with my therapist Melanie works great help me in my shoulder I’m so glad they are back in business

Emily Paulsen is a fabulous esthetician and my skin has never looked better.

I was very impressed with the measures that were taken to minimize time in the lobby (emailed intake forms, payment on file). Appointments seemed spaced enough apart that there was not heavy traffic in the spa. It all seemed very clean and I felt comfortable inside. The treatment room was equally clean and I appreciated the quietness in the room. The esthetician was warm, friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely come back here for regular visits.

Very clean, front desk personnel was very friendly and made me feel welcome, Nicole Parish is absolutely an asset to your spa. Knowledgeable on products as well as, I had the best experience.
