My therapist, Loree, listened well. She was very skilled at massage. I felt very relaxed when I left.

I was out of town on vacation when I wanted to get a massage. This was a new Hand & Stone for but, but the process was very simple. All staff were courteous and professional. My therapist adjusted to my needs perfectly.

I was in town for the weekend I was in need of a massage and pain relief. I was able to book a last minute appt. Everything was highly satisfactory. I appreciate tge time taken even with it bring last minute booking. Would come back to this location next time im in town. Thank uou again

My massage therapist had excellent skill making the experience worthwhile. Overall massage is expensive and when provided with a good therapist the cost is better justified. The room was also quiet and clean which was appreciated. It would have been nice however to not feel pressure to exit the room quickly but have a few minutes to gather oneself after the massages.

The friendliness of the front desk staff and the therapist and the knowledge of the therapist made me highly satisfied. I love the ambiance of the waiting area. It makes me feel pampered as soon as I enter the spa.

Elisabeth is amazing with my facials and amazing spirit. She is so kind caring and gentle. And her knowledge on skin and what is best for your face is amazing!!! Absolutely love her and would always recommend her!!

It is always a pleasant and relaxing experience, which is why i’m there in the first place. Deepan is very good at working out any issues I have without ever causing any stress. He is calm and peaceful and does a great job always.

Easy to book appointment. They were available when I was. The place has a comfortable feel to it and the people were helpful.

The value of the massage, same day availability and the overall customer service was impressive. Will certainly recommend to anyone I know. My only suggestion would be a basic aroma therapy scent available in the room. But not a deal breaker whatsoever. Can’t wait to come back!
