My therapist, Deepan, was very kind and his approach to my pain issues was very effective. The ambiance of the spa is relaxing and welcoming. I was warm, comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire appointment.

Any time I step inside the spa I feel completely at ease. The esthetician walked out to meet me no less than two minutes after i arrived. Always friendly and very knowledgeable.

The massage therapist Loree asked several specific questions prior to beginning the massage, and then explained that I could speak up at any point in the treatment if I wanted to change pressure or anything (I didn’t, but it was nice to know I could without making it awkward.) My massage was great, and left me truly relaxed. She also recommended several stretches afterward that could help me relieve some neck and shoulder stiffness. The room was clean and inviting and the receptionists were warm and friendly and didn’t use any of the uncomfortable high-pressure sales techniques I’ve experienced at some other massage therapy places. I’ll definitely be back!

First and foremost, I would like to start out by acknowledging Hand and Stone Spa Northbrook as very welcoming, friendly, and professional. They have exceeded my spa expectations! I felt that they were very genuine in their friendly customer service and the way that they treated me as a client was really above any expectations I had. When I first arrived, I was greeted by the receptionists as well as Crystal. Crystal made me feel so at ease, comfortable, and like I was at home. She sat down with me to talk about the services I was going to receive and really gave me extra attention that made me feel like I wasn't just a "paying customer." To me, that's extremely important for building a clientele. My services were also amazing. I started off with a classic facial, followed by a detox mask and microdermabrasion treatment. It was so satisfying and relaxing! I cannot wait to go back! Marta was amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. I really trusted in her to take good care of my skin. The massage was also amazing! It was a great ending to a relaxing, wonderful experience. I highly recommend this Spa and the staff are wonderful!
