Service is top notch, very attentive and thorough

I have been going to Hand and Stone for a year now. My message therapist, Kasia, is outstanding at her job. I go once a month and it truly relaxes me.

I love the therapist I have, Kashia. She is always attentive and the staff upon arrival are also very friendly and engaging.

Alla is fantastic! She really knows exactly how to relieve muscle aches and pains. She is very courteous and really funny. I really enjoyed my sessions with her. She is so down to earth. I could never find a better therapist. Ever

I felt Gina sounded knowledgeable regarding what problem areas I wanted to address. Hopefully through regular regiment, we'll be able to even out my skin tone.

My therapist Alla was the main reason I rated the experience highly. BTW, pertaining to the question about the massage “ relieving my aches and pains” my answer was neutral. This is not a negative reaction! In my experience, the endorphins created are a positive result from a good massage. That I definitely had…I don’t expect one treatment to “relieve my aches and pains”. It feels good for the short term. Whether it provides continuous “healing” remains to be seen. But that’s not my expectation.

Kashia does what I want. She remembered me from another visit. Her questions allow her to tailor her service to my needs. She does not have to talk and lets me get lost in the experience. Her room is not cluttered and is always clean. She was on on time both times I saw her.
