Art seemed interested in what I was looking for. His knowledge and friendliness was impressive. He was very proud to explain the high quality of the products. He explained what foods attracted what birds. He even explained why the Woodpeckers peck! I loved talking with him and overstayed my lunch break in the store learning about birds! I will definitely return and very soon. I would love to start a bird watchers club in my neighborhood or with some of my friends.

I live an hour from Florence and planned to come to this store as a “special” treat for myself. I was expecting expensive goods, and, it was expensive. But, the squirrel proof feeder I bought was a high quality product and, hopefully, I will not have any problems with the squirrels eating the fiery feast bird seed I bought. The sales attendant was very knowledgable and helpful, but didn’t have much of a sense of humor, but that was not, by any means- anything that made my visit unsatisfactory. I cannot afford to shop at this store often, but I am glad I made a visit on this date.
