We purchased a bird feeder a couple years ago. A part of the bird feeder broke a few days ago. I took the bird feeder back to the store and the owner replaced the broken part in less than 5 minutes. Their guarantee on the bird feeders really meant something. I bought another new feeder just like the old one! Great service!
