Questions were answered and then we were shown how to put together the product. Recommendations were given with no pressure to buy. I like the fact that delivery is possible if needed. I love what got and my birds do too!!

Price of bird food is very reasonable compared to what I have been paying and quality is much better. Good selection of merchandise and I loved the free gift and the opportunity to become a member
