I was very satisfied with my service she was very attentive to my needs and she did a great job fulfilling them

no pressure to become a member and the massage was great.

The therapist was knowledgeable and addressed my needs. Her style of massage while a bit different from what I am used to, I found it to be very effective for me and I am planning to see her again soon.

In particular, I really like the esthetician I had. She’s the best!

At every appointment at all the different Hand & Stones I've had the same issue- the amount of time I wait once I'm in the room. They leave for me to get changed- this takes me less than a minute to take my clothes off- and I do that , get on the table, and wait at least 5 minutes. Sometimes (not this last one) it's been longer. I feel like this cuts into my time.

Ebony was incredible, I’m so happy to have found her. She is kind and knows what she is doing!
