Hand and Stone

At every appointment at all the different Hand & Stones I've had the same issue- the amount of time I wait once I'm in the room. They leave for me to get changed- this takes me less than a minute to take my clothes off- and I do that , get on the table, and wait at least 5 minutes. Sometimes (not this last one) it's been longer. I feel like this cuts into my time.

Everyone was very friendly and I felt comfortable through the whole experience. I'm pretty new to getting facials so I really appreciate every step being explained, and I learned a lot during my session about my specific skin needs and ways I can take better care of it in the future. Coming here regularly isn't in my budget at all but will definitely keep it in mind for future 'me time' days!

I was very happy with how clean the entire facility was, and my esthetician was Shavonne. She was incredibly kind, up-front, and clear with me. I was very pleased with the actual facial as well.

I have so many things I love about H & S. It's 5 minutes from home. So convenient. I adore being in the hands of Joey. She is so pleasant and keeps me informed of what is next or what treatment she's doing. I trust her 100% and love my results when muy treatment is over.
