The receptionist was very friendly and the spa was clean and appeared well organized. Joey, lead esthetician, was who worked with me. She was very informative, and made several suggestions to add to my skincare routine. I went in as a first time customer and left with a monthly membership! I did not plan on signing up, but after my experience I felt so pampered and like I made a deposit of self love, and I knew I'd be back. I already booked a facial and CBD oil full body massage for September.

Atmosphere and professionalism of staff

I was in a lot of pain and when I left it was a big relief. Ebony was my massage therapist and did a great job. I highly recommend Ebony

Shyra Is a goddess and needs a raise or promotion to make sure she stays. Her knowledge and intuition are amazing and she goes above and beyond in service and care.

My experience at Hand & Stone is always fantastic. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards, and my skin always looks so much better after a facial. They have wonderful product lines, and every massage therapist and esthetician I have seen has been phenomenal. My Hand & Stone membership is literally the best thing I do for myself other than eating well and working out. I cannot recommend it enough.
