During my recent visit to Hand and Stone I met with Crystal for the first time. I found her to be very pleasant. She ask a number of questions in order to get a feel for what my needs were.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She explained the membership program and helped me get set up. The massage therapist was excellent in working on my problem areas.

I find Hand and Stone to be convenient and easy to use. Sometimes it is hard to book a good massage but the receptionist is usually very helpful. I also like the rewards program.
