Every experience I have is excellent. It's one of the best things I can do for myself, and I love having a membership. I always promote this business to everyone I know. I always feel rested and rejuvenated after leaving. It's so wonderful!

This was the best massage I've gotten in a Long time. She also listened to me when I asked her not to spend too much time on my knots cause it's too painful and I just want to relax.

Karylyn asked questions before my massage to make sure it was specific to my needs. She checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure everything was okay.

I was greeted warmly upon arriving. I completed my paperwork online which made checking in very quick. My therapist was very pleasant and attended to my specified area of discomfort as discussed. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during and after my hot stone massage and look forward to my next session.

While I was getting my massage I could feel the stress and tightness leaving. I was getting relaxed halfway through the massage. Once it was over I was completely relaxed and my stress points were gone.

The front desk young girls were pleasant and helpful explaining the New Face equipment and making follow up appointments. Danielle, esthetician was knowledgable and the room was comfortable with heated sheets. She made helpful suggestions based on my particular skin needs. My face felt and looked improved after the facial.

The wait upon arrival was short and the receptionist was very professional. The room was very pleasant and relaxing. I am still feeling the affects of my wonderful and much needed massage.

I spoke with Mark on the phone to book my appointment and he was very helpful in answering ongoing questions I have had the whole time I have had my membership and haven't been able to get good answers. Then Shyra was excellent with the questions she asked to find out what I wanted in the service and helped to best utilize my packages. And she did a wonderful massage!
