The massage rooms have good ambiance, are inviting, comfortable and the massage table is heated. I loved my massage therapist Courtney S. She listened to my needs and did exactly what I had asked for.

I adore coming to H&S for many reasons. The second I walk in the front door, the folks at the desk immediately welcome me...by name. They are so important in the whole process, being the first contact I have. Lucky for me, I have Joey taking care of my facial needs. Pleasant, experienced and definitely knows her business, explaining what is next and why. Mark runs a very tight ship and trust the entire team. I could go on and on....

Just pleasant to talk to, her knowledge and friendliness. The massage felt great. Great gal.

Simply enjoy the total experience

This was my first facial in a long time. I wanted to treat myself since I’m 9 months pregnant. My esthetician was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable and knew what products to stay away from since I was pregnant. Great experience, I will be going back.
