The massage therapist, Dana, is highly skilled in her profession. It is because of Dana’s professional skill set and my decision to take time out to care for myself that I signed up for a membership at the Keystone location.

Jeey was very good and knows her stuff. There was some confusion about the detox being added to my bill - didn't realize it was more. But what she did was worth the money just wasn't happy i wasn't informed. Or if i was i missed - that is always possible.

I have been highly satisfied at H&S ever since I began my membership. I have spent most of sessions with a therapist who is no longer at H&S and while I was disappointed she left, I was so pleased with my first sesson with Kevin. He made sure I was completely comfortable (pre-natal massages can be difficult sometimes!) and also used an amount of pressure that made it still feel like a normal massage. My back has been killing me during my pregnancy, so I am always grateful for therapists who will work through the tension and also inform me as to why I have it. It's super helpful and feels so good!

My massage was wonderful. I asked for a focus on shoulders and the therapist did a wonderful job getting out my knots. I felt so relaxed after I started a membership.

My therapist also happens to be a P.T. student. We were able to discuss the pain I was experiencing and she knew on which areas to concentrate for pain relief. The spa is very clean and attractive.

Was assigned a new aesthetician and she's twice as good as the last one. Great location. Great new advice on new product.

My massage therapist was not overly talkative, which I always appreciate. She was friendly and the massage felt great. I was also very grateful when, at checkout, nobody tried to upsell me too much, not pressured to book another appointment, or sell me products. That really resonated with me.

Ericka is an excellent esthetician. I love the Keystone location, love how they treat my teen daughters, and we will go there again. I do not have a membership, and after several phone calls with the Carmel location trying to clear that up, I will ONLY go to the Keystone location. The billing errors from Carmel are unacceptable.

The massages are fabulous

I don’t regularly have massages but when I do I get some form of anxiety but my recent visit helped me overcome that and fully relax to enjoy my time.
