Hand and Stone

Ericka is an excellent esthetician. I love the Keystone location, love how they treat my teen daughters, and we will go there again. I do not have a membership, and after several phone calls with the Carmel location trying to clear that up, I will ONLY go to the Keystone location. The billing errors from Carmel are unacceptable.

The massages are fabulous

I don’t regularly have massages but when I do I get some form of anxiety but my recent visit helped me overcome that and fully relax to enjoy my time.

I think Hand & Stone is the best franchise idea ever. This is the best way to relax and do something positive for mental and physical health, and I recommend massage to everyone I know. Being a member is fantastic because I get competitive rates and discounts on products and other services. It's great for me, and it's great for the business owner because he is able to have a consistent revenue stream with membership. I just absolutely love this company.

I have had massages before, but this just topped them all! I was greeted with a smile and Bunny was very attentive in listening to what I wanted out of the massage. I wanted extra work on my neck and shoulders and she did just that! I left feeling like a new woman and signed up for a membership.

Dana was such an amazing massage therapist! She was welcoming and east to talk to before the massage and listened to what my problem areas were. The massage itself was amazing, the pressure was great and I left feeling so relaxed and less sore than when I came! I immediately called a friend afterward and recommended they see Dana in the future!

Dana is an excellent massage therapist. She remembers my problem areas and always asks about any new issues and how I am feeling that day. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, but Dana is the reason I go to this particular Hand and Stone.

Erica seemed to be very knowledgeable in the facial she administered.

I had a lot of stress in my muscles and Shyra was very skilled at using the right amount of pressure point therapy and deep tissue massage to reduce my pain. I felt comfortable and was treated with full professionalism the entire time from the moment I walked in the door.
