The salon was very nice and very clean. Massage and therapist were awesome.

This was my first time ever receiving a massage. I have been wedding planning and the stress has taken a toll on me. Decided to give this a try and was amazed with how relaxed I felt! Denise was great in massaging the areas where most of my stress has impacted me. I am certainly coming back for another session. I did not know how much I needed this!

Receptionist very friendly

Everyone was professional and friendly. I’ve been to many spas including Elizabeth Arden’s Red Door and the facial I received at your spa was equal or better. Loved the experience.

My facial was very relaxing and the esthetician was very friendly and informative without being too chatty. My only concern is that I don't fully understand the membership point system and how the points are redeemed. Also, how the special promotions are handled/discounted etc. She upsold me to a more expensive facial than what I booked and the cashier asked me for cash for this additional price. I had been told I had plenty of packages available so it wouldn't be a problem. The cashier informed me that the additional $20 charge would be taken from a package worth $59. but the remainder of $39 would be lost. So, of course, I paid cash for the additional $20 rather than losing the $39. It doesn't seem like a good way to handle it. Maybe for your company but not for your customer. Or it should have been explained to me that way when I was being sold the higher priced facial. May just be my fault for failing to understand your system, but I have faithfully paid my monthly payment for a year and a half even through Covid quarantine and some kind of explanation of the payment system might be helpful.

Everything was amazing

He was great! Very knowledgeable and explained why I was having the problems I am having. The hot stones were amazing. I will definitely return to the same person for another massage.

I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. My massage therapist, Dana , is awesome!! Dana works on the areas I need it most, but still does all areas like I want.
