From start to finish, my massage appointment was a comfortable and relaxing experience. All staff I worked with were welcoming and put my mind at ease. It was my first ever massage, and every step was explained to me in a way that was helpful and non-judgmental. Overall, it was a wonderful time, and I would definitely return!

The ambience of the waiting room is always very relaxing. The.massage therapist asked where my problem spots were and spent time on those. She used great pressure and I felt very relaxed during the massage. She also explained at the end the other problem areas she found and some suggestions on how to work those out with a foam roller in between appointments.

Pam was a wonderful therapist. She made me feel very comfortable and met my needs.
