Everyone was professional and friendly. My massage therapist was great and worked on my specific areas of pain.

They employees are all friendly and knowledgeable of the products and very accommodating and personable. And the health precautions during the pandemics is great as well.

The receptionist went above and beyond. I forgot a hairtie and she let me borrow her scrunchie. That is putting customers first!

Dana S was excellent, she targeted the areas of concern that I expressed and used perfect pressure. The ambiance of the room was perfect and the heated tables are a great addition!

Offered many add on options that I def took advantage of and loved them all. My massage therapist seemed to find my points of pain quickly and helped alleviate.

I was dubious when I signed up for the membership. I was sure there was a catch I was missing, but so far it has worked as described. I've continued going to Hand and Stone because it helps relieve my chronic neck pain. Its done more to relieve pain that physical therapy.

The staff is always helpful and accommodating. My two experiences have been very relaxing. The masseuse and aesthetician were not pushy when it came to upselling.
