The massage therapists are always very prompt and do a very good job. My first facial was quite good, and my skin looks great. It had a heavy sales aspect to it, however. But it was a quality service.

The estetician i had was amazing and knowledgeable. Ive been to the Hand and Stone in Carmel 3 times and the lady i had keystone at the crossing was my favorite by far. i will be back to see her.
