I always feel welcome when I enter. The lobby is clean and the staff is very friendly. Lauren does a great job with my facial and in suggesting products that will help with issues I have, without making me feel pressured to buy. I feel educated when I leave and already have my next visit booked.

At the time of booking my appointment the receptionist appeared very friendly, warm, kind and helpful and she was that way when we met. I feel it is very important to receive a happy greeting from the front end. The services and the staff were wonderful. Both were very friendly and appeared to have a great sense of humor. They were very knowledgeable which really makes me comfortable.

Staff were very welcoming! My facial was so relaxing and it made me want to become a member!
