Services are too expensive. Rewards need to be better. I’ve been going monthly for over a year and still haven’t earned enough for a free facial. Corporate must be making a ton of money

The person who set me up mislead the service I was going to try. The girl doing my facial explained something different. I wanted to try the New service but also receive the classic facial that I normally receive.

I cant totally relax when talking during the massage but I feel bad saying that I don’t want to talk.

Hand and Stone promotes the App to book appts and earn points/rewards, but the app does not work. If I call to make appt. by phone I cannot receive the rewards for booking.

Massages are great but sometimes appointments are cancelled (4 times since I’ve started membership). Frustrating because morning appointments get short notice (sometimes I’ve already started enroute). Only one time was an add-on offered for the inconvenience of having to reschedule. I think the mobile app and texting forms of communication take away from offering this type of customer service when an appointment is cancelled.

Was very much satisfied.

There was an issue with my original appointment and it had to be rescheduled for the next weekend
