The overall cost I believe was a little high. I did not receive a receipt physically or by email.

Shrya was amazing and I came back to the location because of her! I logged into my account and schedule an appointment online. It let me schedule a new visit massage for $30 off and it had been a year since I had been. Unfortunately, it was not until I was done with my appointment that I found out I would be paying full price. Fixing the website so that is not an option when someone is logged into their account would avoid frustration and poor customer service.

I was very satisfied! I thought facial would be more involved but I only had the introductory one. I plan on returning for an upgraded facial to see if I feel/see more results/benefits.

Everything was fine. The range of products on the website was narrowed down vastly once you started booking the dates, times, and locations. Kind of disappointing. Also the receptionist wasn't bad, but she wasn't super friendly either. I felt like I was annoying her by simply existing. (At least that's the vibe she was giving off)

I throughly enjoyed my massage. Not enough time was spent on specific areas of need. Which was expected. She Went through the standard basic whole body massage, while relaxing isn’t really working any specific knots out. Also, I am bit of a massage snob. My last therapist would coordinate her pressure with my breath to get further into my points and knots. With that said, I would come again.

Not much time spent on my back which I said was hurting. Used too much oil in my opinion. She was very good and sweet. Way too expensive for a 50 min massage. I should not have to become a member to get a better price.

My preferred location, Keystone, has trouble retaining massage therapists. It can feel frustrating when I find someone I like but they stop working at the location because then I have to start the process all over again of finding the right massage therapist for my needs.

So there is no transition room in here or atleast ive never been put in one. I used to arrive a little early because i loved the ambiance of the reception area to transition, but there was no relaxing music, and the waterfall hasnt been going the last few times i've come, and it dosent give the same ambiance as it has in the past. The ambiance and staff arent as nurturing as the staff at Carmel Clay Terrance location any longer. I honestly think they're a little undertrained and/or a little overworked or mismanaged. It could just be the no music and no waterfall. I think the price for upgrades is astronomical especially for the members, and i always feel like ive been robbed by time i leave even if the massage therapist did a great job. I Just wish Jess (my massage therapist) worked at the carmel location, because atleast there i can come into a relaxing therapeutic atmosphere before i start my service. Rewards should come alot quicker for loyal members than they do. Please fix the fountain or make a transition room with a fountain or two in it, and upgrade the massage rooms.
