MY THERAPIST IS THE BEST. She always remembers what I prefer and need. She helped me through my perinatal experience so much.

I purchased a gift card for Christmas in July for use for this appointment. My credit card was charged and the gift card should have been used. The receptionist seemed not to know how to complete task. I waited patiently but know I have to call because my service was charged to my card and not the gift card I purchased to use for this visit.

It seemed like the massage therapist did not get certain knots out of neck and back, still felt them after leaving.

Too many forms to sign. The therapist was great, but just a little too clinical for my tastes

After checkout, I told the receptionist I needed to go to the bathroom. When I walked out the door I made eye contact with the receptionist. I said good bye, but another older woman asked her if I paid. The receptionist said yes- I just went to the bathroom. I was annoyed the perception of me would be to steal a service. More disappointing is the older said that comment when another client was at the service desk. My card is in file and I restarted my monthly service. It took alot for me not to recancel. So much for the new management and making me feel welcomed.

I always feel very welcomed and relaxed. My therapist is also amazing and does a really great job. I will definitely continue to return.

The forms you have to sign each time is frustrating. There is no need to have a prenatal form to answer questions like I am pregnant etc. can’t answer those questions correctly and get past it. Have a different form for young clients verses older ones. I can’t imagine that a man has to deal with this. Only form maybe to sign each time is a Covid form. I have answered the other questions previously. The answers aren’t going to change. I am tired of this.
