They forgot they massage that I ask for

The cost of the product (couples massage) was different from what I was told on my phone call to schedule the appointment then when we arrived. After we received the service we were told we had to pay more which was not professional. The cost was fine. But the fact that it was inconsistent then what we were initially told made it an issue.

I am not sure how experienced the massage artist was. I only received about 45 min of massage time. After massage there was lack of direction with whether I needed to leave immediately or relax for a minute and leave when ready

I have been a member for about a year now and there have been a lot of staffing changes throughout that time. I've had to change therapists several times which has been less than ideal. I am currently very satisfied with everything and feel a lot of improvements to staff have been made, but it has been somewhat stressful trying to find a different therapist I like every few months.

My room was close to the in and out door, so there was a lot of background noise of people coming in and out. I wasn’t taken back into my room until after 1. It was my first massage, and I would have liked a little more explanatory what to expect just for my own comfortability.

1. I think that the booking process on your website is a little difficult. 2. I think the waiting area could be a bit more tranquil. It feels very retail-like. 3. I feel as though the hot stone add-on is a little much.

Massage therapist brought me back a few minutes late, which I didn’t mind, but then left for me to change for over five minutes. Didn’t need that long so felt massage would need to be rushed. It did not feel that way once she started. Music was so low it felt like there was nothing on and super quiet. Therapist liked to talk.

It was good. I plan to subscribe to the membership on my next visit.

I felt the room could have had a smell. Something welcoming and calming. Also I booked the same massage for my boyfriend for the next day and he didn’t get it. It was supposed to be Himalayan salt he didn’t get it so I was disappointed
