I called in Friday to see if I could reschedule my 5pm Saturday appointment, they said they had 2pm and 3pm available, I said I would take the 3pm spot but wanted to confirm this would still be an 80 min appointment, the person said yes. I said thanks, see you at 3pm but was not successfully rescheduled. Waste of time driving to the appointment just to find out it never got rescheduled.

Not highly satisfied

Some front desk need to more friendly and have patience with clients that don’t speak English. Other than that, the experience was good. I would definitely go back because the massage therapist was excellent.

I feel as though my visits with the aesthetician go great and begin on time. The facials are very relaxing. However with a massage, it feels a bit rushed at time and there is a high turnover at this location. I typically complete the documentation before arriving and arrive 5-10min early, but I am taken back typically 5-10 min after my start time of my massage. There was a time I waited for nearly 15 min after my start time and I ended up getting about a 30-minute massage. Like I said the aesthetician visits go great though!

60 min duration massage is misleading. Change to 45 min, since 15 min is taken for changing clothes and changing bed spread. Most Therapists don’t like when you correct them (More than once) when they are not massaging on the pain areas / without correct pressure. So I don’t feel I get the service for what I pay for. This has happened with both female staffs and a male staff. It is important for Therapist to understand each client is coming with some pain, need relaxation. Hence, Therapist being in bad mood, grumpy tone doesn’t give positive experience.

The staff is friendly, and we really like the massage therapists. This time though, I didn't feel as though my upper back and shoulders were loose or relaxed after the massage, and my husband had one of his biggest problem areas missed. I was also surprised by the $20 for us being in the same room and how much we paid after gratuity.

Therapist did not show up for original appointment. I got my money back for that appointment and then rescheduled. Therapist then was late and came in out of breath. Felt like his techniques were not as expected. My experiences with other therapists were very different

I do not get to have a massage ofter, it is a real treat. I signed up for a hot stone massage. I did not get a hot stone massage, just a regular one. I didnt say anything because I anticipated them being used later in the massage. When accepting payment afterwards, while very nice, not super apologetic about the mix up and stated that “he just didn’t verify his schedule.” Disappointing. I still tipped appropriately because the massage was nice, but just not what I signed up for

I have had 2 massage therapists leave since I began my membership and don’t always like trying new people once I find someone I like

In the past, a deep massage included work on my feet and more work on my shoulders.Started at 2:06 however, ended session at 2:50 .
