My regular massage therapist is no longer there. I haven’t found the right fit for me in a new therapist yet.

Noisy hvac popping noises throughout session. Can’t make appts online.

Generally satisfied, but not the most friendly front desk staff and the place was very cold. They had space heaters running up front, but my service room was cold even with the heated table.

Another guest was very loud in the hallway while I was trying to stay relaxed during my own massage. It was understandable, but would have been highly appreciated if they were quieter. Other than that it was great.

I said I wanted a massage to address the stress I carry in my shoulders. The massage I recurve was very light and was more focused on neck and head. Arms were massage on top half and legs lower half.... not whole legs and arms.

My esthetician was friendly & did a great job. However, she upgraded my facial without asking me, or letting me know there would be an additional charge. She also had a jar of product waiting for me at the front counter, & seemed to expect me to purchase it. When the receptionist told me I needed to pay for the upgrade, I let her know that I wasn’t informed about the additional cost. She said she would “talk to” Danielle, but she wasn’t friendly towards me, & didn’t tell me it was resolved. She asked me to come up a few minutes later, & asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I had to ask about the upgrade charge, & all she said was “it’s been taken care of.” Again, not friendly, no smile, no apology, no gratitude. I enjoyed my facial, but not sure that I feel comfortable coming back.

I was welcomed by the receptionist. I appreciate being offered water. I appreciate staff wearing masks as being concerned about safety. The level of pressure could have been better. The ambiance could have been better…lower lights, louder music.

I went in for a full body massage with a focus on my back. I mentioned that I like really hard pressure but it felt like the therapist was almost to scared to use pressure. It didn’t feel like my knots were worked out tough enough. My legs and feet were also ignored, they didn’t not get massages at all. The appointment started about 7 minutes late, but the massage still ended at the scheduled time instead of running 7 minutes past in order to give me my full massage time.

My experience with my esthetician was wonderful, as always. However, I’m not satisfied with the limited availability of appointments after my work day. This is not necessarily with my esthetician, but overall.

There was loud talking in the room next door or near by. I could hear their entire conversation while I was trying to relax during my massage. This has never happened before.
