The front desk was not knowledgable about pricing and coverage of services. Check out was not efficient. Price was nearly double than what I was told at scheduling. It seems like it continues to get more difficult to keep appointments when I prebook. The last 4 months I have had to be rescheduled due to masseuse or esthetician Not being able to keep appointment. The last 3 months the esthetician/ masseuse has actually complained about the previous masseuse/ esthetician, management, their personal schedule. Every visit has felt rushed for the last few months and that’s the last thing I’m coming in for. Now I’m getting emails that there is less staff and my monthly prices are going up.. It just seems to be a mess.

I expected a little bit of a massage on hands arms to go along with the facial. Maybe I’m wrong but I thought it was part of previous facials I have received. Or maybe it was a different spa

I was comfortable. I was relax and had a great experience.

Everyone is very friendly! The massage therapist made me comfortable and was knowledgeable and kind. I’m always in and out quickly, on time when I’m called for my massage and when I leave.

I had to book my facial with someone else due tothe fact my facialist was leaving.

I’ve been to other spas and they had exceptional service as well no difference in ypur

I wish the sessions were for the full time not including changing time. The room is very small so it doesn’t feel as cozy as some other massage options.

Receptionist always so confused and can’t give answers to how many services you haven’t used , whether or not it’s a regular service or a bonus one, etc.

The prices are a pretty high. It seems like you pay for your membership and there are a lot of tacked on fees at the end so you wonder if it's worth having the membership.
