The young gal was not friendly at all. If I asked a question she would answer yes or no without any other comment. If I made an observation she said nothing. Would not want her again.

I had a gift card for my birthday. When I booked the time, I was told I could have any service with an upgrade. My appointment was for a 90 minute hot stone massage. When I was presenting my gift card, I learned it was for $124.95 (I think) and the first person told me I would owe $149.95. Now I have $15 balance on the gift card (I had already given my massage person a cash gratuity.), that I may not use. The member monthly cost of $59.95 (I believe) was explained to me however I do not wish to be charged this monthly fee. Amy stated that it is not a fee however in my mind, it is. If I am a member, this amount is automatically charged to my credit card and it is up to me to book the massage times. At this point, I felt pressured to become a member and all I really wanted to do was get out of there. I do not mean these comments to be in a derogatory fashion, just an explanation of what happened. This is the reason I chose "neither satisfied or disatisfied" for many of my answers. I do want to say that Bunny (my massage therapist) was highly attentive to me. I found her to be very personable. If I return, it would be because of Bunny.

Front desk was short staffed. I got there 12-13 mins before my appt and just stood in line. The receptionist couldn't help it that the other person took a lot of time. She eventually got another staff member to help her. I ended up being a few mins late for the appt but it all worked out. I will not leave a bad public review over that issue. :)

The service provider was excellent as well as the receptionist -- really no complaints at all. I just prefer a more upscale spa experience.

Asking me out loud in front to other people what I wanted to tip. Can I not write it in myself? I did not receive a neck or shoulder massage why I was waiting on my the 2-5 minutes between products. I only know that this is done because my friend told that what she gets when she is in.

The rooms could be a little larger (if you were to ever explore another location). I couldn’t pay in advance for a gift for another person making it so that they had to pay when they came in.

I had major knots in my muscles so it was not a relaxing experience. I will need to return for the relaxation

Massage therapist was very friendly (talked non stop) but after several mins on a problems spot he found in my shoulder, the rest of the massage was terrible.

Felt a little stressed out receiving so many emails, texts and notifications. Seemed counterproductive to creating a relaxed environment.
