the checkout was confusing. when i asked for clarity (which she gave), she said that others had confusion, too. to me, if two or three people have a problem, it should be addressed. i had a couple of invoices on my email and it was confusing. my guest was surprised there was no scent or fragrance in the room which she (and i) had experienced other places.

When making reservations for myself and my spouse we made 80 minute massages. The massages we received were 50 minutes. We both were a tad disappointed when time wrapped up expecting more time.

The receptionist sitting next to the receptionist who was assisting me kept giving me a strange look...not sure what she was thinking. Also, I was a early for my appointment however, the person who entered the spa after me was seen prior to me...I understand they could have been there for a different service than mine. Finally, the massage therapist was AMAZING!!!

My massage was very painful. I kept telling him where it hurt and to ease up and he just kept working over the areas. He was very nice but I really wanted a relaxing Swedish massage not a deep tissue painful massage. I got my massage several days ago and im still in pain.

Everyone was great, friendly and environment was very clean, it got pretty ‘salesy’ during checkout which I understand but it was clear there was intent to maximize my sale as much as possible.. again everyone was knowledgeable, professional and personable and I’m excited to return.

Massage therapist was not welcoming at all. He did not ask for feedback regarding the message. Also, when done just stopped and washed his hands. Didn’t engage at all and not friendly.

I was very pleased with the service, but I don't think I chose the right service that was suitable for my needs. I requested a deep tissue massage as a previous request, but I think I got the Swedish massage. It was still a great massage, I just don't think I got what was requested.

The massage was not what I expected. I wasn’t able to relax and I really wanted to focus on a certain area that only got minimal attention. I still appreciated my massage and she worked out a bunch of knots. Just not what I was expecting.

The location is clean and inviting. The massage therapist and esthetician were friendly and knowledgeable. Welcoming environment.

My appointment wasn't taken at 11:00am, Mike took me around 11:10-11:15ish. It was supposed to be an hour and a half, but was finished at 12:20. It was also supposed to be a Himalayan Salt, but instead he did a hot stone.
