I'm not found of wearing a mask. It made my skin itch. I felt my service was shorter than normal. I understand there are new protocols for the covid. I won't return until all returns to normal. That is just my opinion.

The hand towels are real towels and yet the toilet paper is the thinnest I’ve ever seen. The quality doesn’t match up exactly

I felt that the cost of the facial was a bit too high for the treatment I received. It wasn’t anyone’s fault but just mostly the cost was my issue. I think I expected more than what I received.

I experienced a small red blotch on cheek after a few hours of service. Blotch is common to a lecithin allergy. Otherwise I loved the service, Tammy was wonderful and I look forward to seeing her again.

I had some questions about the billing and the person helping me seemed unsure about some of the items on the receipt too. Took a few minutes of back and forth to figure out the charges.

The cost vs. results is not good. I’ve had facials 3 times and my skin looks either no different or worse. This is disheartening for the cost.

Had a pain in my lower back, even though my therapist worked on my back, it was worse when we were done. I thought maybe she could have taken just a few minutes to rub in that area to help relieve the pain. All she said was for me to go to the doctor.

My massage was great! Kevin paid attention to my areas of concern, and I felt great afterwards!! I will say tho, there was a digital clock on the counter iny massage room. I noticed my massage began at 8:07, and ended at 8:53. Wasn't my massage a 60 minute massage? It was FREE, so I did not mention or complain. Maybe it was not an hour massage? I thought it was tho. Again, I'm not complaining, just offering feedback! I would not be happy if I paid full price for less than 60mins. Thank you again for my free massage-I'll be back again someday!

Receptionist gave incorrect information to a question. I had to ask her to check with the owner. She seemed a bit condescending in attitude.
