Hand and Stone

I was told upon check in that I was a member and did not need to complete any paperwork. When the attendant came to get me she asked the Receptionist where my paperwork was and he became very confused. I was escorted back and had to offer my name and why I was there. It was very awkward and ate into my treatment time. Overall I was pleased with my service and did join as a member.

People talking loudly in the reception area. You need a sign for people to keep their voices down.
