The ambience in the store was very calm and relaxing. The therapist did a great job relieving my tension. I really felt relaxed.

Everyone was very polite and pleasant to talk to. The massage therapist was pleasant to deal with. We talk a laughed and she did an excellent job on my areas that were bothering me. I would have her again for my next visit.

Rachel is wonderful and knows where my aches and pain spots are. I do wish the legs and feet were paid more attention too. She spent a long time rubbing the same area, almost like she fell asleep or was bored. I could have used deeper pressure and less time on those areas. Or spend more time on back and neck.

Rachel is exceptional. She inquires about my needs for the season. She makes sure she give the attention to those areas and then follows up to assure that they have been properly addressed.

Would love the music to be change. Can not imagine hear that music all day if I was a therapist. Dunno who pick the music

The location is clean, they are very helpful, and the massage was great. So far the masseuse I have dealt with have also been great.

i found that the receptionist was both efficient and made you feel welcome. The therapist took just enough time to ask about any concerned areas that you did not wish to have massaged. The therapist managed the 90 minute massage very efficiently and timely. i

Hand and Stone the receptionists are nice very helpful, knowledgeable about the services offered for the different massages and facials that they offer. My massage tech is wonderful.

My masseuse was knowledgable and catered to my requests. I was able to schedule quickly online. Staff was courteous and kind, giving me a positive experience.
