Lia is so friendly and addresses my individual needs. She recommends products without making me feel pressured to buy out of my price range. She does a wonderful job making my skin look and feel great!

Your receptionists need a lot more training on how to do their jobs and how to TREAT customers

I have always trusted this Spa to my health needs because of my various back issues. I love the extra attention the staff gives to my comfort level and satisfaction.

My appointments always start on time and when I’m done I am always feeling better. My therapist is professional and is attentive to my needs regarding my target areas and for relaxation. I have also been satisfied with scheduling options and how it meets my needs.

Kimberly (I think that was her name, I apologize if it's not) at the Charlotte Rivergate location did an amazing job. This was my first massage at Hand & Stone and she made sure to ask what I was looking to get out of it, and focused on that during the massage. At the end of the massage she explained to me what she did, and how she kind of made a pivot based on my tension. She even talked to the front desk to see if another tech there focused on deep tissue more than she does, because that's what I needed in the future. She was super friendly, but balanced friendliness with quiet relaxation perfectly. Plus, overall I didn't ever feel pressured into anything like some spa places (buying product, signing up for a membership, etc.) Will 100% go back and probably will join the monthly program.

I hadn’t been to Hand & Stone in awhile. I was so pleased to walk in & be able to make an appointment quickly. My massage was amazing and my facial was fantastic!

Erin gave me an excellent facial. She really analyzed my skin and worked accordingly. My skin looked 100%better when I lwft
