Erin, the esthetician was very professional and exceptional. She was gentle and experienced. The facial was very relaxing and my skin is still glowing. She also explained the benefits of buying the recommended products.

I have been seeing the same esthetician for quite a while at this location and Lia is the best. I look forward to seeing her each month.

Need to have late night hours

Very disappointed to hear most good therapist leave Hand and Stone. Hand and Stone could work a lot harder to have good therapist be apart of their team longer. This is my third therapist since I became a member. I wonder if there is a problem with the senior therapist causing a problem for the other therapist. Hand and Stone should look into this situation.

Therapist listened to my needs and used exactly the perfect pressure. She was professional and polite. Pace of the massage was good. Atmosphere was relaxing and cozy.
