Appointment was on time. I was able to type in my gift card during the online payment in a general comment field. However, it’d be nice if there was a dedicated gift card field and Apply button to see the gift card balance, if tip was included, and so the office doesn’t have to do it after the visit.

My therapist, Karen is amazing. She is a talented masseuse and makes my visits pleasant and creates the ambience of luxury. She has everything to do with me continuing my membership. I understand that it is difficult to be fully staffed and that is the reason it is difficult to get appointments that fit my schedule and/or delays when checking in or out; however, I will simply be patient or book out two months in advance if it means I get Karen - she's worth it.

My hip was sore when I came in. I told the therapist and he ask what kind of pressure I told him med. He worked on that area first and it helped.
