Lia is amazing. She is actually the reason I reinstated my membership so I could have monthly facials with her. She is so knowledgeable about skincare and explained everything she was doing and why it would help my skin condition.

The esthetician was knowledgeable and friendly and knew her products. She did not push me to buy your products, which is a plus for me, because I don’t like feeling pressured. I was able to relax on the table, again which I have a hard time doing.

I appreciated the friendliness of the receptionist Ana staff. I appreciated the knowledge and suggestions for my skin as well.

I changed my usual type of facial and the request was accommodated with no pressure.

I absolutely love my membership and my monthly massages and/or facials. The level of customer service is off the charts. The staff at the desk are always so pleasant and helpful. And my masseus ... freaking awesome. During this active pandemic ... mental health is even more important to be considerate of and should not be taken lightly. This ... For me ... Is a way to help balance that in my life as a Single Mom. Employee. Business Owner. Family Member and Friend. The "Me Time" is an intentional necessity.

Tonya was an excellent therapist. She was attentive to my needs and provided the best massage I have ever had. I was very impressed.

I got a facial with Robyn and she was fantastic! She listened to my concerns and came up with a plan for the best results for my skin. She recommended I add on the Rejuvenating Facial which included ClarityRx products. The products smelled amazing and the whole experience was super relaxing. Can't wait to come back!

I was so impressed with the professionalism at Hand and stone, starting with Griffin, who made me and my husband feel like family, to Robin, who was amazing and very knowledgeable, my husband had Elaine and was so happy with his facial as well.
