My massage therapist was outstanding

Staff at this location always very friendly and facilities appear clean.

It was my first facial in a long time and my specialist made suggestions that I can implement at home. The facial was great too and much better than my first one.

Customer service was great. Very good facial. Would come back again. I got the introductory price but the $79 seems steep for a “40 minute” facial.

Marco is the best massage therapist I have ever had. As long as I am living in Charlotte and he is at Hand and Stone I will continue my membership.

You had availability on short notice when I needed it. It wasn’t with the therapist I would have liked but mine did a good job. He was accommodating in needing a special pillow.

I was grateful that an appointment became available because appointments are not as easily to get on a spur of the moment. But most importantly, Marco was my massage therapist and I can comfortably say he’s probably the best I’ve every had. The front desk receptionist was extremely trendily, accommodating and genuinely nice. Those two made my appointment amazing. I just relocated to the area and I made River Gate my place of choice for future appointments.
