I have been visiting the Charlotte, NC location in Rivergate for the past year. Marco is phenomenal. I have chronic neck pain and he has helped me more than anyone else ever has.

I was in cloud nine when I was done with my facial. I loved it!! It is about a 45 minute drive from where I live one thing they will hold me back. Jocelyn did an amazing job and I would recommend it to friends and family thank you for your service again!

The receptionist were very friendly and welcoming. Tyra my massage therapist, was very very nice and did a great job meeting my needs in the session. There wasn't much I would really change about the appointment.

Marco is great and very knowledgeable. He always helps with any issues I might have. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and kind.

Miguel is very knowledgeable and professional. He listens and executes according to problem and discomfort areas. As a customer I feel that he is genuinely listens and is interested in his clients comfort. I would recommend him 100% Not the same experience with the esthetician.
