Tyra was great! She focused on my neck back and shoulders which were problem areas for me. She eased into the massage pressure where she knew I was in more pain. I enjoyed our conversation! I appreciate the hand washing and mask wearing for the health and safety of everyone. The only thing though it is hard to breathe and relax while having a mask on laying face down.

I have been coming to Julia for over a year once a month and she is fantastic! Always professional, polite, and always concerned about what aches and pains I have so she can address them. My 50 min wasn’t long enough. I know do 80min!

I made an appointment with H&S because a close friend and coworker urged me to try after her great experience. I went in with no high expectations due to past experiences with massage therapists. Miguel was assigned to me for my appointment on January 7. I told him why I had no high expectations, explained to him why I was there. We held intelligent, funny, and respectful conversation throughout my stay and he surpassed any mediocre expectations I had. He has set the bar so high. Because of him, I got the lifetime membership and will be coming back.
