I think the new receptionist needs a little more training, and some active listening skills. I only come to hand and stone because Lia Garcia works here.

Lia is a wonderful aesthetician and takes time to explain the different products and what would work best for my skin.

I have to give A++ ratings to both Tierra and Etienne. Tierra has the amazing ability to give a deep tissue massage without causing any aches or pains the next day and providing so much pain relief. Etienne is a phenomenal, charismatic personalty that helped me so much with stretching that I now do regularly and is a natural positive personality. I would highly recommend both of them. A+++ Service.
