The overall ambiance and vibe of the place is great. As soon as you walk in the door they help you feel relaxed with soothing music and comfortable chairs. The staff has always been extremely helpful and provided me with excellent massages.

The waiting area is nice and calm. I enjoyed my massage therapist and the massage she provided me. There was no attempt to try to cross sell other services to me, ( which has been a complaint of mine in the past) which allowed me the opportunity to relax and enjoy my service.
