Everyone was very professional, helpful and pleasant to talk with. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. The esthetician was super helpful in finding products that would help my problems.

I got there 30 minutes early Deb massage therapy was able for me get early. The massage was wonderful. Front desk receptionist was friendly and very professional.

My therapist, Lydia, was friendly and really listened to my needs. She took her time and was sympathetic to the pain the massage caused. (I came in seeking help for extreme tightness in my legs and knees.) She gave me helpful feedback. I would definitely use her again.

I have had a great experience every time that I have been to Hand & Stone massage. I have seen 3 massage therapists now and have found the one for me. I like the cleanliness of the place and the care that the staff takes to make your needs met.

Miguel was very Thorough and knowledgeable. He made sure I was completely relaxed and happy and informed of his suggestions. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and even helped me decide on what upgrades would be best for me.

My massage therapist listens to my needs at that appointment. He is not "pre-programmed". We have even changed the focus of the massage mid-appointment. Technique is important in a massage but the ability to communicate and adapt is even more important.

Joanne is excellent- She's personable, she communicates but isn't overly chatty and lets me relax. Her pressure was excellent and she is extremely knowledgeable. Very happy.

Miguel was great for my massage. Getting an appointment with an esthetician has been near to impossible on a Saturday. I’ve been told there is no esthetician working for the weekends I’ve chosen.
