Hand and Stone

I have always had a wonderful experience at Hand and Stone! Their staff is very knowledgeable and skilled. I've never had a disappointing massage or facial here. I highly recommend this spa! I was so excited once I saw they were opening one near me!

You guys are too expensive

This was my 2nd time with Lia as my esthetician and I really love how knowledgeable she is and seems to care about my skin concerns. She does a great job of explaining the options available to you and the products she uses during your treatment. My facials have also been very relaxing as well!

I love Lia! She is the best. I will not go to another person for my waxing or facials.

The receptionist was extremely kind and solicitous, which has not always been my experience in other H&S spas, and I was very impressed and grateful. However, when I was leaving, I mentioned that there was a lot of loud talking that I could hear during a time when I was trying to relax and enjoy my massage, and that maybe it was something she should mention to her co-workers. Rather than apologize, she simply said it was during a time when the rooms were turning over. Did I CARE what it was due to? No. When anyone walks through the door to the massage room area, especially staff, they should know to BE QUIET. Staff can set the tone by whispering with and to their clients themselves. In fact, I cancelled a membership with another massage chair for this very reason. I'm sure I"m not the only one who would appreciate this courtesy, which is really not just a courtesy, but an absolute expectation.
