The front desk staff are always friendly. Miguel is very thorough, accommodating, and knowledgeable! I'm very pleased that Miguel is my massage therapist!!

The person who performed my service was great. She makes up for the higher than average cost of your services. Even buying a membership, your spa is over priced.

It was a very professional and relaxing experience for me. This location is new and I love it. I have been to 2 other Hand and Stone locations before the Rivergate location opened. I will NEVER go back to the Hand and Stone on 521 (Ballantyne). I did go to the South Park location twice while waiting for Steele Creek to staff up earlier this year. I had a great experience there with Dr. D. However, this location is closest to me and Stacy was great!
