Everyone was very friendly. I felt welcome. My facial was very relaxing, the lady that did my facial was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Had issues. With receptionist at 1st boyfriend tried canceling they refused, finally went after a month and staff was great. Still felt uncomfortable though
